As an Participant
- Open the Registration Page
Follow registration button bellow and choose your category.
- Verify Your Category
Ensure it says: Listener (Non-presenter) for Indonesian Delegate if you are Indonesian citizen, or Listener (Non-presenter) for International Delegate if you are from international participant. - Fill in Required Information
Complete the fields with asterisk (*):- Given Name
- Family Name
- Phone Number
- Affiliate and
- Country
- Choose Payment Method
Select Manual Transfer. - Transfer the Fee
Send the amount to:- Account Number: 137-00-4455664-1
- Account Name: Universitas Islam Indonesia – FK UII ICCID 2025
- Bank: Mandiri (KK UII Yogyakarta)
- SWIFT Code: BMRIIDJA
- Upload Payment Proof
Drag and drop your file or click Browse to upload. - Click Submit
After filling all fields and uploading proof, click Submit.
As an Author
Abstract Submission
- Open the Abstract Submission Page
Follow Abstract Submission button bellow.
- Log In or Register
- If you already have an account, click Login and enter your credentials.
- If you don’t have an account, click Register, fill in the registration form, and activate your account via email (if required).
- Start a New Submission
After logging in, go to the Submissions menu and click Make a Submission. - Fill in the Title
Enter the title of your paper or abstract in the Title field. - Review the Submission Checklist
Make sure your submission meets all requirements. - Check the Submission Declaration
Tick the box:
✅ “Yes, my submission meets all of these requirements.” - Agree to Privacy Consent
Tick the box:
✅ “Yes, I agree to have my data collected and stored according to the privacy statement.” - Click Save
Press Save to proceed to the next steps.
Filling in Submission Details
After clicking Save on the previous screen, you will be directed to the Submission Details page. Follow these steps:
- Select Topic
- Choose the most relevant topic(s) for your abstract.
- Click on the box and start typing to search, or select from the list.
- Enter the Title
- Fill in the title of your abstract if not already done.
- Make sure it reflects the main content of your study.
- Add Keywords
- Enter 3–5 keywords that represent your study.
- Separate each keyword with a comma (e.g., “machine learning, epidemiology, healthcare”).
- Write or Paste Your Abstract
- Input your abstract in the text box provided.
- Use formatting tools (bold, italics, superscript, subscript, etc.) if needed.
- There may be a word limit, so check the bottom corner to monitor word count.
- Proceed to the Next Step
- Once all fields are completed, click the Next button at the bottom right corner.
Upload Submission Files
After filling in the abstract and clicking Next, you will be taken to the Upload Files page. Follow these steps:
- Upload the Main Submission File
- Click the upload area or drag and drop your file.
- Make sure your file is in one of the accepted formats: .doc, .docx, .odt, .rtf.
- Select Abstract or Full Paper depending on the stage of submission.
- Continue to Next Step
When all files are uploaded and confirmed, click Next to proceed.
Final Step: Review and Submit
- Review All Submission Details
- You will see a summary of all the information you’ve entered.
- Edit If Needed
- To correct any section, click the Edit button at the top of that section.
- Submit Your Abstract
- Once everything looks correct, scroll to the bottom and click Submit.
- Confirmation
- After submission, a confirmation message will appear.
- Your submission will be reviewed by the editorial team.
✅ Done! Your abstract has been submitted to ICCID 2025.
